Hi! I'm Lyla.
I believe family photos should be fun. I also believe having updated photos of you with the ones you love is so, so important. That's why I keep everything about booking a session with me as easy and stress-free as possible.
Want help with your outfits? I got you. Have extra wild kids who just want to run? No problem. Sulky teenagers? Yup, I'll help them feel included and happy too.
The result? A fun, relaxing time with your family, and a gallery of photos you'll want hanging all over your walls.
Location
I'm based in Elkins Park, PA, but hold sessions all over Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
Background
I went to school for painting - received my BFA from Tyler School of Art, and my MFA from RISD. I've found that my 7 years in art school have had a big impact on how I direct and compose a photograph.
Vibe
My default state is calm and patient, but I get excited and energized by creating art - which is what we're doing in our sessions. I'll help you feel comfortable and heard. It's a good time.
